Data Used For Licensing

During activation and startup validation, Pixel LED Studio Pro sends the license key, product identifier, and a hashed machine fingerprint to the license server. The server stores activation records, verification logs, subscription status returned by Gumroad, and release metadata needed for update checks.

Local Data

Projects, exports, settings, crash logs, and support bundles are stored on the customer’s computer under the configured application data folder. The app does not upload project files automatically.

Support Bundles

When a customer creates a support bundle, the app redacts license-like tokens from diagnostic text before packaging the bundle. Customers should still review support files before sending them.

Third-Party Services

Purchases and subscription status are handled by Gumroad. Optional AI and asset browser features may contact their configured third-party providers only when the customer uses those features.
