These terms summarize the customer license terms for Pixel LED Studio Pro.
License
Pixel LED Studio Pro is commercial Windows software. A paid monthly or annual license grants one customer access to the full editor while the subscription is active. Each license can be activated on up to three customer machines unless support grants an exception.
Activation
The application validates licenses online at startup. If the license server cannot confirm an active subscription, revoked key, or recognized machine, the application will ask the customer to activate again or contact support.
Subscriptions And Billing
Purchases are processed through Gumroad. Monthly and annual plans renew through Gumroad until cancelled. Updates are included while the subscription remains active.
Support
Email support is available at support@pixelledstudio.com. Support can help with activation limits, installation issues, and release downloads, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every controller, SD card, or third-party LEDEdit installation.
User Projects
Customers are responsible for their own project media, exported files, and controller setup. Pixel LED Studio Pro helps prepare media for LEDEdit and LEDEdit-K workflows; final controller compilation and hardware operation remain the customer’s responsibility.
